How do I order an item for my department?

You will need the cost centre code and purchase approval from your Department Head. Then fill out the Departmental Order form to authorise the Library to source and purchase material on behalf of your Department. The Library’s Acquisitions staff will obtain a quote and contact you to confirm the purchase before processing the order.
