FAQs

Before submitting a request please check Library Search as the item(s) may already be available in the Library's collections.

To submit a request:

1. Open the Article/Book Request form
2. Complete the form with available information. If requesting a journal article, alternatively input the DOI or PMID and click Auto fill to auto-complete the remaining fields of the form.
3. Read and agree to the copyright declaration
4. Click Send Request.

How do I view a request

1. Login to your Library Account
2. Click your name (top right) to view account options
3. Click My Requests.

How do I cancel a request

1. Login to your Library Account
2. Click your name (top right) to view account options
3. Click My Requests
4. Click Cancel next to relevant requests.
