What happens if I lose or damage an item borrowed from the Library?

If you lose or damage an item please contact the Library Service Desk to let us know. A new, exact copy of the item can be purchased by you and taken to the Library for processing. Alternatively, the cost to replace the item can be paid directly to the Library.
