There can be several reasons why the full text link is not provided:
- Very recent articles may not yet be loaded on the publisher’s website or into the database you’re searching
- The article may be an ‘online first’ or ‘pre-publication’ article and may not be available to the Library
- The Library may not have access to that particular year of an online journal
- The Library may not have a subscription to the online journal you’re looking for.
If a full text copy of the article is not available in the Library Search facility, the Library may be able to obtain a copy for you via the document supply service. For further information on requesting articles and book chapters, please see the Library’s document supply page.
